Description

You will lead the design and architecture of data visualization solutions to deliver actionable insights across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable data visualization solutions for large-scope projects.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to influence optimal solution design.
• Conduct iterative user design sessions to produce rapid solution prototypes.
• Enforce data visualization governance and development standards to improve process efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members on development best practices and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a related field, including a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with an understanding of claims processing.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and visualization.
• Experience in Payment Integrity domain.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to align with stakeholder needs.
