You will drive business goals by analyzing user data and complex datasets to develop actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ETL processes, data pipelines, and data models to improve data collection and analysis.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and compelling data narratives to provide insights to technical and product teams.
• Perform predictive analysis, gap analysis, and statistical analysis to isolate and solve business problems.
• Execute data cleansing, optimization, and organization of queries for future accessibility.
• Document all data collection, analysis procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Experience with Tableau and Excel.
• Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of GTM and SPSS.
• Ability to manipulate large, complex datasets from on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft cloud platforms.
