Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex business intelligence solutions using healthcare claims data. You own the full lifecycle from data mart creation to dashboard deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to build data marts in Teradata.
• Design and implement BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards using X12/EDI pre-adjudicated data (835, 277, 837).
• Gather business requirements and prepare analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in unit, integration, and system testing, including peer reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with DBAs and data modelers to support Teradata and application server maintenance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex Tableau or MS Power BI dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience with complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, or Teradata/DB2/Oracle Load Utilities.
• 5+ years of experience with Teradata version 14+, including SQL Assistant and Teradata Studio.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse projects and business intelligence solution development.
• 3+ years of experience using X12/EDI data (835, 277, and 837).
• Direct experience working with healthcare claims data.
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong technical communication skills for client-facing interactions and team mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience analyzing Medicaid or Managed Care claims.
• 3+ years of Tableau Server Administrative experience.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, SAS, or Agile methodologies.
