Description

You will define analytic strategies, manage data processes, and deliver client-ready Power BI solutions with minimal supervision.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Source, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to update visualizations and datasets.
• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Automate processes using SQL and optimize, debug, or troubleshoot existing code.
• Translate functional specifications into technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data model evolution and insight generation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, Power BI, SQL, and ETL.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including connecting to diverse data sources and transforming data.
• Expertise in SQL and creating complex queries to automate processes.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Proven ability to manage SQL code and evolve data models.
• Deep understanding of Data Engineering fundamentals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytics field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in Sales & Distribution, specifically regarding in-house and external agents.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA.
