Description

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build new reports in Tableau connecting to diverse data sources.
• Use SQL to interface with various underlying data sources.
• Re-platform existing reports from Business Objects to Tableau.
• Maintain current reports in both Business Objects and Tableau environments.
• Develop new User Defined Applications (UDAs) using Tableau or Excel VBA macros for immediate needs, planning their eventual retirement into proper IT solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience with Tableau development.
• 3+ years experience with BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (Webi) or prior BusinessObjects replatforming to Tableau.
• 7+ years experience with Snowflake.
• 3+ years experience with Python.
• 7+ years experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA Macros.
• Familiarity with ETL Concepts.
• Knowledge of Financials/Accounting principles.
• Ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with an ETL tool like Informatica or Datastage.
• Experience with Staff Operations.
