Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across web applications, data platforms, and underlying infrastructure.
Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders to proactively address potential outages.
Communicate incident status, maintenance activities, and resolutions to business users and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application scalability, efficiency, and support processes.
Mentor and coach junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering/support.
3+ years in a technical support lead role supporting web applications, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience supporting data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Extensive experience with React JS and Power BI for business intelligence applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex technical issues in distributed systems.
Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in DevOps practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree in a related field.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
