Description

Lead technical support for critical BI applications, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across web applications, data platforms, and underlying infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders to proactively address potential outages.
• Communicate incident status, maintenance activities, and resolutions to business users and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application scalability, efficiency, and support processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and technical growth.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering/support.
• 3+ years in a technical support lead role supporting web applications, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience supporting data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Extensive experience with React JS and Power BI for business intelligence applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex technical issues in distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
