Lead business intelligence initiatives with a focus on cloud migration and data architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate reports from on-premise environments to the cloud, managing data sourcing and mapping.
• Develop and maintain complex reporting suites using Tableau.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance for efficient data retrieval.
• Manage ETL and Data Warehouse workflows within a healthcare data context.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Extensive and recent hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Proven experience migrating reports from on-prem to cloud environments.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, groupings, functions, and performance tuning.
• Direct experience working with Snowflake.
• Practical knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing processes.
• Mandatory experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
