Description

You will own the backend data processing pipeline, focusing on large-scale data manipulation and workflow management within GCP.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Hive.
• Develop backend logic using Python 3 or Java.
• Build and maintain data processing workflows using Spark.
• Manage data operations within Google Cloud Platform environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.
• Deep experience with Java for backend development.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Spark.
• Extensive knowledge of Hive.
• Experience working within GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
