Description

You will own production support, requirements gathering, design, and testing for Commercial Operations and Services systems, including Pipeline and LNG Transaction Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform production support and troubleshooting for Pipeline and LNG Transaction Management systems.
• Gather requirements, design, and execute testing for system enhancements and new applications.
• Provide technical support for EDI transactions and assist with BI reporting.
• Manage third-party application support, vendor relationships, and user acceptance testing.
• Write and execute application functionality tests and modify SQL stored procedures and views.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, and technical support.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, stored procedures, and table management.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments and coordinate with contractors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for third-party and custom applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Biztalk, Azure DevOps, .NET, and ReactJS.
• Knowledge of EDI transaction support.
• Ability to create and modify reports using BI and Crystal.
