Description

Develop and maintain custom applications within the BMC Action Request System environment. Own the configuration and management of Remedy ITSM Suite applications, including Service Request workflows. Execute complex database operations involving SQL, CMDB, and table management. Perform development tasks within Linux environments and integrate Remedy with networking tools such as NetCool and Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using the BMC Action Request System.

• Perform development and configuration within Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with BMC Action Request System.
• 2+ years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
• Deep expertise in SQL databases and table knowledge.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• BMC Remedy Action Request certifications.
• Experience with BMC Helix Migration and building Java in Kubernetes.
