Description

Develop and maintain custom applications within the BMC Action Request System environment, owning the configuration and management of Remedy ITSM Suite applications and Service Request workflows.

You will execute complex database operations involving SQL, CMDB, and table management while performing development tasks in Linux environments and integrating Remedy with networking tools such as NetCool and Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using the BMC Action Request System.
• Manage and configure Remedy ITSM Suite applications, including Service Request workflows.
• Execute complex database tasks involving SQL, CMDB, and table management.
• Perform development and configuration within Linux environments.
• Integrate Remedy with networking tools such as NetCool and Resolve.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with BMC Action Request System.
• 2+ years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
• Deep expertise in SQL databases and table knowledge.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• BMC Remedy Action Request certifications.
• Experience with BMC Helix Migration and building Java in Kubernetes.
