🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ Strong BMC Remedy Development experience (Remedy 9.1+)
✔️ Custom Remedy Environment Development
✔️ Strong SQL / Database / CMDB / Table knowledge
✔️ API & Web Services Development
✔️ Linux Environment expertise
✔️ ITSM experience highly preferred
✔️ System Administration / Configuration Control / Metrics knowledge
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Create APIs to extract/export outage and issue data from IRIS, CARS, WebPortal, and Gateway systems
✅ Merge data into a centralized tracking & reporting platform
✅ Develop logic to identify outage patterns and trigger automated alerts
✅ Improve monitoring efficiency and reduce duplicate incident responses
✅ Enhance customer response timelines and outage visibility
✅ Support integration and automation initiatives across enterprise systems
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
• Strong hands-on developer with enterprise integration experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building scalable monitoring and alerting solutions
