Description

You will develop and maintain BMC Remedy solutions, focusing on API development, data integration, and automated alerting systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create APIs to extract and export outage and issue data from IRIS, CARS, WebPortal, and Gateway systems.
• Merge disparate data into a centralized tracking and reporting platform.
• Develop logic to identify outage patterns and trigger automated alerts.
• Improve monitoring efficiency and reduce duplicate incident responses.
• Support enterprise system integration and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong BMC Remedy Development experience (Remedy 9.1+).
• Experience with custom Remedy Environment Development.
• Strong SQL, Database, and CMDB/Table knowledge.
• Proficiency in API and Web Services Development.
• Linux Environment expertise.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITSM experience.
• System Administration, Configuration Control, and Metrics knowledge.
