Description

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - 10-15 years
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite modules and features: custom workflows, custom records, role management, integration setup, dashboards, searches/reports, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow - 10-15 years
• Ability to learn and support customized billing, contracts, fixed assets, and customer portal implementations
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding system architecture and data flows - 10-15 years
• Ability to work in a support managing criticality, triaging, and prioritizing incidents and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification or relevant NetSuite certifications
• Technical development skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL) or exposure to custom development
• Experience with AI-assisted tools or emerging technologies in ERP environments
• Background in financial operations, accounting, or finance systems
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field
