Description

You will lead business process analysis and testing for the North Carolina benefits calculator implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state process workflows, data flows, and gap analyses.
• Develop Visio documents including entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams.
• Maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications while executing change control.
• Execute functional, integrated, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using DHHS methodology and test case scenarios.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, vendors, and end-users to ensure application designs meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Ability to gather requirements suitable for procurement documentation.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills for presenting documents to stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-divisional work groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Orbus iServer365 for documentation storage.
• Familiarity with N.C. Department of Information Technology Business Analysis tools and templates.
