You will bridge business needs with technical implementation, owning the full SDLC from requirements gathering through UAT and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and system issues, translating needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, authoring documentation and ensuring stakeholder approval.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), write test cases, and manage testing cycles for projects.
• Support production support activities, resolving inquiries and escalating critical issues to management.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT, and external vendors to align implementation with strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with accounting, royalties, forecasting, or sub-ledger systems.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams including support, analysis, and project tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with 3rd party packages and product development.
• Salesforce knowledge is required.

Preferred Skills

• CCBA certification.
• Degree in Computer Science or Technology.
