Lead system analysis and process discovery to optimize back-office workflows and system functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth system analysis to identify loopholes, inefficiencies, and hidden dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and communicate system requirements.
• Develop detailed documentation of workflows, systems, and operational processes using visual tools.
• Perform system mapping to document current states and propose actionable optimization strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related domain.
• Expertise in system analysis and process discovery methodologies.
• Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Advanced skills in workflow optimization and system mapping.
• Proven ability to create process diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong background in business process modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
