You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery within the financial and mortgage domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for technology teams.
• Query relational databases to extract and analyze data for decision-making.
• Support Software Development Lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall).
• Communicate technical requirements and findings through verbal, written, and visual channels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience working directly with technology teams.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Financial or Mortgage sectors.
• Direct knowledge of capital markets and related technology systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Experience using Python for data tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong documentation and requirement gathering skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Background in project management.
