You will drive business analysis and requirements gathering for instant payment systems within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for agile and scrum-based projects.
• Perform data mapping for fraud detection, sanctions, and reporting needs.
• Document Restful APIs used in payment processing workflows.
• Manage testing processes and integration with third-party systems.
• Analyze ACH formats and settlement processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within financial institutions.
• Deep expertise in instant payments including Zelle, RTPs, and FedNow.
• Hands-on experience with payment formats: ISO20022, SWIFT, and NACHA.
• Proficiency in working with TCH and EWS products.
• Experience operating within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong background in data mapping for daily and weekly reporting.
• Ability to document technical Restful API specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in any field.
