You will translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy while managing the product backlog to drive continuous value.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into product strategy, communicating priorities to development teams and third-party partners.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including the creation and acceptance of user stories for release planning.
• Deliver business requirements through epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframe diagrams.
• Conduct detailed research on existing processes and systems to meet product objectives.
• Partner with application and Site Reliability Engineering teams to align technical needs with business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager and Data Analyst in a modern software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/SDLC methodologies and applying agile approaches to software delivery.
• Experience with observability and reliability tools, specifically Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, and Quantum Metric.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Product suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to design and develop products from feasibility through to production.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering monthly analytics and reports for the Digital Monthly Performance Governance Process.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and shifting priorities in fluid environments.
