Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirements for complex systems and API-driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, and maintain business requirements from the initial phase through final implementation.
• Convert high-level user requirements into detailed, executable user stories for development teams.
• Create and manage the product backlog, including conducting planning sessions to prioritize upcoming sprints.
• Lead the discovery, identification, and documentation of API requirements across multiple IT and business teams.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate the maintenance of production systems, applications, and interfacing technologies.

Required Skills

• Experience in API practice or programs within a large organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in discovery and documentation of APIs.
• Experience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated API test suites.
• Proficiency with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain production programs and applications.
• Strong technical expertise to apply relevant processes to business needs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple project teams.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience.
• Previous experience in the airline industry.
