Description

You will act as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with a technical focus, gathering requirements and designing architectural solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders using active listening and focused questioning.
• Create process flows and charts to communicate ideas and secure client buy-in.
• Write technical requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
• Strategize architectural designs based on gathered requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
• ServiceNow technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with S2P and Shopping Hub.
• Ability to design process flows and architectural diagrams.
• Experience writing technical documentation and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
