Description

You will lead business and functional requirement analysis for software development projects, with a heavy focus on data modeling and data flow. You will own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through prototyping and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and manage clients through technical documentation, including traceability, use cases, and prototyping.
• Facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams to design technology specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis on production support issues related to system and data bridges.
• Define functional designs and system specifications while preparing and reviewing completed packages.
• Guide business units through user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience focusing on data modeling and data flow for software projects.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, prototyping, and technical writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and prototyping tools like Visio and Snagit.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience working within .Net development environments and SSIS.
• Technical proficiency with Azure DevOps and Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing data bridge issues and system corrections.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MuleSoft, COBOL, Java, Salesforce, Snowflake, and GoAnywhere.
• Experience with mainframe environments, hierarchical databases, and Informatica.
