Description

You will analyze and audit US regulatory reports, including FRY 14 and FFIEC, to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will coordinate between onshore and offshore teams within a global delivery model. You will validate report integrity without building the reports themselves. You will communicate findings to stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FRY 14 and FFIEC regulatory reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct auditing processes to verify data integrity against regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage global delivery workflows.
• Validate report structures and content without developing new reporting tools.
• Communicate audit findings and compliance status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of US regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Specific knowledge of FRY 14 and FFIEC report structures.
• Experience in auditing and data validation processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within a global delivery model.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or banking compliance.
