You bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within personal and commercial insurance environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and IT system specifications for development teams.
• Gather functional requirements through user interviews, business requirement reviews, and working sessions.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA to interpret requirements, facilitate walkthroughs, and prepare Use Cases and Test Cases.
• Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by triaging defects and determining if they require change control or bug fixes.
• Analyze system flows for policy writing, billing, claims, and financial systems to recommend procedural improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of System Development Methodology (SDM) processes.
• Experience analyzing system flows for insurance processes including billing, claims, and policy writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to develop reports and analyses using query tools.
• Experience in defect triage and supporting QA/UAT cycles.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics.
