Sr. Business Analyst based in Boston, MA. Onsite 4 days per week. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define requirements for Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims, and financial applications.
• Manage integrations with third-party services such as LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, and CLUE.
• Implement and maintain web analytics using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Design and validate Web Services and APIs using Postman, REST API, and SOAP UI.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications involving SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, and JSON.

Required Skills

• 10 years of Business Analysis experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Detailed understanding of Personal lines or Commercial lines insurance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with API tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
