Description

You will own analytics projects from inception through completion, providing quantitative and qualitative support to medical oncology, scheduling, and nursing departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate interactive Tableau dashboards serving as sources of truth for business and patient care metrics.
• Translate high-level business and clinical questions into specific requirements using available data assets.
• Prepare and present data summaries for executive stakeholders to address key operational needs.
• Build and foster an institute-wide analytic community of practice.
• Support inpatient operations workflows and capacity planning initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of data analytics experience within the healthcare industry.
• Fluency in SQL syntax and executing complex queries.
• Experience designing, editing, and sharing business intelligence reports using Tableau.
• Proven ability to function independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills for working with all staff levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant domain.
