Description

Manage investment data analysis and support financial reporting cycles for debt instruments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual book close cycles to support financial results preparation.
• Analyze investment results to identify data issues, determine root causes, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Map data flows across financial systems to consolidate results reported by multiple platforms.
• Document investment job flows and business processes using flowcharts for reporting purposes.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and streamline existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related financial role.
• Deep knowledge of Debt Instruments including Government Securities, State Govt. Secs., Corporate Bonds, TBills, Fixed Income, and MBS.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg.
• Experience with Asset Management workflows.
• Ability to handle audits for the Investment function.
• Experience coordinating with various squads to document business and job flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Aladdin, Reuters, Cogencis, Simcorp, or CAMRA.
• Experience connecting with Brokers and Custodians.
