You will manage requirements and process analysis across front-to-back-office workflows.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional program requirements for proposals, portfolio management, billing, reporting, and advisor workflows.
- Translate business problem statements into actionable requirements for technology teams.
- Perform current-state versus future-state gap analysis to prevent regression in platform capabilities.
- Own and maintain requirements documentation throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Expertise in the wealth management domain and related product systems.
- Proven experience in gap analysis, requirement documentation, and process flow creation.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira to manage user stories.
- Proficiency with SQL and Big Query.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
