Description

You will manage requirements and process analysis across front-to-back-office workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional program requirements for proposals, portfolio management, billing, reporting, and advisor workflows.
  • Translate business problem statements into actionable requirements for technology teams.
  • Perform current-state versus future-state gap analysis to prevent regression in platform capabilities.
  • Own and maintain requirements documentation throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Expertise in the wealth management domain and related product systems.
  • Proven experience in gap analysis, requirement documentation, and process flow creation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira to manage user stories.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Big Query.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
