Description

Lead business analysis for digital transformation and enterprise application implementations, driving requirements from discovery through UAT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with UX, architects, and development teams to align requirements with solution design and support backlog prioritization.
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboard solutions using Power BI or similar platforms.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance analysis quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirements management.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA reporting and/or Power BI analytics, including data requirements and actionable insights.
• Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience leveraging enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to improve documentation and insight generation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with retail, energy, or oil & gas domain knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
