Description

Lead requirement gathering and technical definition for the AEM product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Define requirements for AEM templates, components, workflows, and API integrations.
• Support the Scrum Master and TPM with backlog prioritization and sizing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Deep understanding of AEM product architecture.
• Experience defining requirements for components and workflows.
• Proficiency in documenting technical requirements for APIs and integrations.
• Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
