Description

Act as a retail domain subject matter expert to drive mobile and web solution development, owning the product backlog and defining business requirements through discovery sessions and UX design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, UX design, and usability testing to define clear business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and develop artifacts to capture comprehensive business needs and scope.
• Own the product backlog, managing scope-creep and change management during implementation.
• Collaborate with technical leads to document requirements for complex digital commerce applications.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of eCommerce business analysis experience in consultancy or retail environments.
• Expertise in the retail domain and experience with Native Application support (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Agile software development and user story creation.
• Proven ability to manage functional and nonfunctional requirements for software integration projects.
• Strong understanding of programming language capabilities, middleware, application servers, and presentation layer tools.
• Experience collaborating with remote or offshore development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event Management solutions.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
