Description

Required Experience:
• 10+ years leading requirements discovery for large, complex enterprise initiatives
• Strong experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Expertise analyzing current-state and future-state business processes, gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Extensive experience creating business process models and workflows using BPMN
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into functional and non-functional requirements, reporting requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and collaborating with PMs, Scrum Masters, QA, developers, and business leadership
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise requirements gathering and analysis initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions
• Create business process documentation and workflow models
• Identify risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and testable
