Description

You will lead the analysis and migration of legacy billing data into PeopleSoft. You own the technical translation of business needs and ensure data integrity throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQL code development and testing for automatic data conversion processes.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft IT teams to load and validate migrated data.
• Work with cross-functional teams to eliminate data extraction dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Partner with IT, project managers, and business SMEs throughout the integration lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data migration.
• Expert-level SQL skills for data conversion and testing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within integrated project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with billing and collections data migrations.
