Description

You will lead service design initiatives to optimize customer journeys and process flows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and data gathering to identify process gaps and customer pain points.
• Create and maintain service blueprints representing customer journey touchpoints across departments.
• Collaborate with product managers, IT, and operations to align service blueprint designs.
• Analyze service performance metrics to recommend process improvements and design changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on service blueprinting methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service design, process mapping, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with service blueprinting tools such as Miro, Visio, or Adobe XD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating complex data into visual representations.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• A portfolio showcasing previous service blueprinting or service design projects.
