Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria through comprehensive analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain business cases, requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing necessary contingency plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
