Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for DeFi products and platforms
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define use cases and workflows
Analyze DeFi protocols (lending, staking, liquidity pools, DEXs, etc.)
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support product development lifecycle and ensure alignment with business goals
Conduct market and competitor analysis within the DeFi space
Assist in testing (UAT) and validation of features
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory considerations

Required Skills:

Experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi projects
Strong understanding of DeFi concepts (smart contracts, tokens, wallets, liquidity, yield farming, etc.)
Knowledge of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.)
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
