You will operate as a Senior Business Analyst focused on data reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Write Business System and Process Change / Design Documents, including Business Requirements Documents, System Design, Training Documents, and Process Flow Charts.
• Gather requirements for data reporting applications within the healthcare domain.
• Document operational processes for Medicaid or Medicare agency and Health Insurance company contexts.
• Apply Business Analyst practices to drive project clarity and execution.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on data reporting applications.
• 3+ years of operational experience within a Medicaid or Medicare agency or Health Insurance company (current within the last year).
• Proficiency with Business Analyst practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Experience in the healthcare domain.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• 3-year job tenure stability.
