You will author business system and process design documents for healthcare data reporting applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), system design specifications, and process flow charts.
• Document requirements and operational processes for data reporting applications.
• Develop training documentation for system changes and updates.
• Operate within Medicaid, Medicare, or health insurance agency environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on data reporting applications.
• 3+ years of recent operational experience at a Medicaid, Medicare, or health insurance agency.
• 9+ years of experience writing detailed business system and process design documents.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.

• Any Graduate education.
