Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for DeFi products and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases and workflows with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze DeFi protocols including lending, staking, liquidity pools, and DEXs.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product development lifecycle and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the DeFi space.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi projects.
• Strong understanding of DeFi concepts: smart contracts, tokens, wallets, liquidity, and yield farming.
• Knowledge of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain.
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
