Description

You serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements. You own the requirements lifecycle, from gathering and documenting BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to supporting UAT, sign-offs, and release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions to ensure alignment.
• Perform process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support standardization and governance.
• Track requirements and provide status updates, executive summaries, and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control across the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with teams in Agile/Scrum delivery, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Healthcare industries.
• Expertise in Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting PMO standardization and governance initiatives.
• Background in data-driven healthcare or supply chain operations.
