Description

You act as the primary link between development teams and customers within the transportation and logistics domain.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements as Epics and secure formal sign-off from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories complete with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Create supporting documentation including use cases, flow charts, and wireframes to communicate solutions.
• Facilitate requirement closure by managing discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive knowledge management within the team and perform reviews of test cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics.
• Extensive experience working within Agile processes and the Scrum framework.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to create diagrams using MS Visio, flow charts, and wireframes.
• Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree.
