Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and deliver technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to document current processes and new project requirements.
• Create functional specifications, business requirements, and standardized operating procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and technical analysts to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
• Develop test scripts and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Produce training materials and maintain all project documentation throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain principles and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, WCS).
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar supply chain systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for project management.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Zephyr.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of IT interfaces and integrations.
