Description

Manage communications planning and business engagement to support organizational change management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement the baseline Communications Plan by drafting content, securing approvals, and managing distribution.
• Engage with business representatives to extract information and coordinate with HR Communications for publishing.
• Develop surveys using Google Forms to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the communications plan.
• Support OCM activities including training session coordination, equipment sourcing with IT, and managing training environments.
• Prepare for transaction blackouts and hypercare phases while escalating risks and issues to the OCM Lead.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or organizational change management (OCM) support.
• Business Analysis and Business Engagement expertise.
• Communications planning and content drafting proficiency.
• Stakeholder coordination and issue tracking capabilities.
• Risk escalation and management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Forms for survey development.
• Ability to work on-site in Grapevine, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Content Creation experience.
• OCM Training & Development background.
