Description

You will drive the transition from legacy systems to modernized CCWIS applications within the Child Welfare domain.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business requirements and process maps to support next-generation CCWIS applications.
• Analyze technical and business interdependencies between legacy batch systems and upgraded applications.
• Plan and test automated CCWIS processes with a focus on data quality.
• Collaborate with high-level internal and external agency management.
• Apply Lean and Agile methodologies to development practices and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of Child Welfare, SACWIS, and federal/state regulations.
• Expertise in Business Process Mapping and Data Quality.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in integration planning and strategy.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of legacy batch systems and DCF development methodologies.
• Degree in any field.
