Description

You will lead business analysis for Federal Reporting teams, focusing on critical child welfare systems including AFCARS, NCANDS, NYTD, IRS, and IV-E.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document current business processes, automation strategies, and migration plans.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and iterative process refinement using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Develop federal plans, reports, and requests for proposals.
• Facilitate discovery, visioning, and design for current and new system implementations.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to mediate requirements and negotiate timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Direct experience with SACWIS or CCWIS systems.
• Proven ability to work with Business SMEs to document workflows and processes.
• Strong understanding of data quality standards.
• Experience managing interface protocols between state agencies, third-party vendors, and federal agencies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work on-site in Hartford, CT (must be within a two-hour drive).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Title IV-E Foster Care Eligibility.
