Description

You will act as a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst driving product vision and delivery within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture user requirements through heavy client interaction to translate them into actionable user stories.
• Manage, prioritize, and evaluate the product backlog to ensure the scrum team has a steady stream of prepared tasks.
• Build wireframes to elicit and document application workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project vision and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data using SQL queries to support decision-making and product direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
• Extensive experience with health department documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in running SQL queries to analyze data.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies and managing software scrum teams.
• Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience building wireframes for workflow elicitation.
• Proven ability to work within a distributed team model to integrate services.
