Lead business analysis efforts within a healthcare context to resolve ongoing business problems.

Responsibilities

• Document business analysis results using standard requirement document templates.
• Create prototypes, user interface designs, and wireframes to communicate requirements.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to assist in problem resolution.
• Develop visual models to support business process documentation.
• Produce formal Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Care Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for diagramming and design.
• Experience using Creately for wireframing or prototyping.
• Direct knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Ability to produce formal Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
