Description

This role involves managing financial and technical aspects of technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for all technology projects.
• Create pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and compile monthly financial summary reports.
• Interface with internal accounting departments to ensure correct budget usage and up-to-date accounting codes.
• Develop processes to get timely project cost data from accounting systems.
• Conduct research, diagnose, and resolve issues related to mobile device equipment, accessories, and airtime services.

• 7+ years developing and managing technology project budgets.

• 7+ years demonstrating strong client communication across organizational levels.

• 7+ years experience with IBM MaaS360 and Microsoft Office 365/10.
• 7+ years experience with Sccm, Citrix, SharePoint, Active Directory, Sms, and Microsoft.
• 7+ years experience testing iOS and Android releases for mobile devices.
